VegaFina cigars are the most popular non-Cuban brand in the Spanish market, which otherwise prefers richer cigars. All the more astonishing since the insert of this Dominican cigar was composed rather mildly. It consists of the varieties Piloto Cubano and Olor (both from the Dominican Republic) as well as a proportion of tobacco from Colombia and some filler tobacco from Nicaragua. A Java Sumatra is used as the binder, which in turn is refined with a Connecticut Shade wrapper grown in Ecuador. These cigars taste mild and creamy.
